The Blue Zone

An American city, at war with itself, beaten down, ravaged for many years by crime and drugs. The city used to be an epicenter of blues music, but those days are long gone. First the businesses left, then the people, and finally the music was silenced. 

Enter newly elected Mayor Candace Washington, an ambitious, young African American woman, with a gift for public speaking, a head for politics and looks that stop you dead.
